Volunteers make a huge difference in a Hospice patient’s world. Volunteers are their buddies and often, their confidantes. Each volunteer brings a gift to offer. Companionship, playing games, crafting, sewing. Pet therapy, music, Reiki, hairdressers. LISTENING…to their life story, their fears, their hopes. Military Veterans always request a Veteran Volunteer as they share a unique bond that only they understand.We serve Strafford, Rockingham, Carroll and York Counties. Come and learn more about Indonesia and its unique culture and get a hands-on experience of Indonesia’s cultural richness. Just like one of our Indonesian Fair that we host in September, ICC’s first Indonesian Spring Bazaar will be in a fun, indoor festive setting. Indonesian Spring Bazaar will be an annual event held in Somersworth, NH. It will feature a variety of vendors serving Indonesian food, language exchange, arts, crafts, fashion, and many live performances related to Indonesian culture. We’ve only sold 200 out of 775 car or cash raffle tickets so far! Tickets are only $100 and each purchase supports The Children’s Museum of NH’s education and outreach program. Each raffle ticket gives you a chance to win either a red 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport worth $25,130 OR $20,000 cash. We’ll announce the winner this afternoon at a free event in Portsmouth. Anyone who has purchased a ticket and attends the party is eligible to win an additional free ticket at the party.
